I will use these books to guide my students in reading at their level in small groups. Students who practice reading show more growth when it is at their level. I want them to experience great literature in both languages, English and Spanish to increase their proficiency. Interesting books that are at their level will help them become life-long readers and life-long learners. I want my students to eventually read to learn. They should have the same opportunities as other children in the United States and I know their education will make it happen. Learning to read is the ticket.
