Many of my students read above grade level and some are already developing an interest in more rigorous texts. The typical selection of novels available through standard channels can be lacking; therefore, creating a class library which can be accessed by my students will greatly satisfy their growing literary appetites and establish their appreciation for a future academic career that heavily focuses on classic literature. The selections in my project will challenge my students to read pass the expected and develop a greater love of classic literature thus helping a demographic of students that exceed the common standards of seventh grade.

About my class
