These materials will give my students so many opportunities to learn different science concepts through hands on exploration and inquiry. I have included items that will stimulate their senses. There are items for them to use their sense of hearing to determine what is inside the capsules. They will explore magnets and textures. They will be able to explore motion and velocity. There are many items for them to look and at and ask questions to learn more. There are items for them to explore animals and animal habitats. There will be a science exploration center for my students to create and explore and inquire. These manipulatives will truly enhance our science center. My goal is to provide as many chances as possible for my students to grow as scientists. We are growing scientists, doctors, engineers and future programmers!
