These basic materials, such as binders, paper, headphones, pencils, etc. will enable students in the "Flex Program" the opportunity to achieve their goal of achieving their diploma or equivalent diploma at an accelerated rate. The students will be able to complete an Industry Based Certification and complete coursework using a blended learning model. Our blended learning program provides students with the flexibility and tools that they need to graduate. The chosen materials, will motivate and encourage students to build their character, build their competence, and build their confidence towards successfully meeting their goal. The materials requested will be the stepping stones to their success. The educational resources that I have chosen are to improve their knowledge, abilities, and skills, to monitor their assimilation of information, and to contribute to their overall development. Enhancing conceptual understanding will improve their intellectual engagement and enhance their higher order thinking skills in the learning environment.
