Adding more instruments into our classroom allows more students to play at a time. Currently, we have 5 working mallet instruments that are rotated through classes of 25-50. Since they come only once a week, their time on the actual instrument ends up only being about 7 minutes per student. Instruments enhance music lessons so much! Instruments not only add (sound) excitement to the music for our students, but they also add the tangible muscle practice for improved hand-eye coordination. Interest increases and so does focus! Please help us to increase our students' instrumental experience time by helping us provide more Orff instruments!
