In my math class, I group my students in a way so that all students benefit. Assigning classroom resources to each group helps to hold students accountable for their actions and learning to prepare them for high school and everyday life. Through an organized and differentiated structure, my students work together, through various worksheets and projects, to enhance their learning experience. Having an organized structure allows me and my students to learn all material smoothly, and students are able to draw connections between current and previously learned math topics. Through differentiated lessons, I can determine who is grasping the material and who requires additional assistance. My students are fast learners and this requires me to keep a quick pace when it comes to printing and providing the necessary materials in order to succeed.
