I am requesting Chromebooks for my second graders. We currently have to complete online learning lessons from a computer program called iReady. We are currently sharing Chromebook carts with other classes. These Chromebooks will allow me to be able to have my students complete these online lessons at various times throughout the day. Our math program also has an online component, and the Chromebooks will allow the students to receive additional practice as needed. I will also be able to conduct online common assessments. These common assessments will help me to determine who is mastering and who is not mastering the second grade learning standards.
