As an educator, it always helps to watch yourself back after teaching a lesson so that you are able to improve and adjust your instruction. Through the use of technology (iPad) recording/videoing a lesson would become possible. Part of my job as a Master teacher is to provide feedback and support to teachers to help them improve teaching and grow to be the best in their profession. Using an iPad to record their lessons word greatly assists in this process. At the end of the day, growing and supporting teachers, improves the instruction for students to learn in the classroom.
