These books have been either damaged, lost, or specifically asked for by my students. My students are avid readers and love to use the library. By funding my project, you will be helping many young readers to see themselves in a collection that they have had a hand in curating. My library's budget was cut by more than half this school year and I can no longer afford to buy the books that my specifically ask for nor can I replace books when they get lost or damaged. I do not make students pay for books that are overdue, so I have very little extra money to order extra copies of books.
