These materials requested are solely for the purpose to enrich and enhance the science center. In our classroom we do centers for 2 hours a day, which adds up to a lot of time for the little learners to explore their world. These little scientists need manipulatives and activities that are hands-on and get them thinking and learning while playing. The materials requested are for the students to dive deeper into the concepts by getting to actually move and experiment with the items. With actual objects, the students are getting more out of their learning and applying those concepts to their own world.

About my class
