The novel, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, will provide a cross-curricular learning experience. During our analysis of the literature, my students will discuss the perspective of the characters, literature elements, and mythology. With this new literature study, my students will be able to annotate text, have collaborative discussions, analyze others' perspectives, and conduct research writing. The best way to increase reading and writing abilities is for students to read and write more. This engaging text will help my students grow stronger in their reading and writing abilities. This project will help enrich my students' experiences with the printed word.

About my class
