These books will be used as check-out books for our Title I students. We have them read 20 minutes each day at home to help them catch up. Our books are at a variety of reading levels and genres. Our students need a choice in books. The students that we see already have an aversion to reading. These books would help get them more interested in doing their 20 minutes of reading at home. The books are at a lower level but are in a subject area that they love. I hope that you will be able to help us expand our reading library and replace some well-loved books.
