Please consider donating to help offset the price of a new iPad to help me use technology to ENGAGE, TEACH, and SUPPORT some of the strongest and most resilient students out there. In this technology-driven world, at-risk students need every opportunity to learn and be exposed to a variety of resources and materials! When I was in graduate school I purchased the latest and greatest iPad for almost $1,000. Over the last 5 years, I have spent hundreds of dollars of my own money to purchase apps that are thoroughly researched and have capabilities to adapt to teaching opportunities for students at a variety of levels. Unfortunately, I can no longer use my personal iPad for therapy with my students. I have so many excellent, RESEARCH-based materials ready to be used, as soon as I have the technology to support them! The materials your donation will go to will be used for the next decade and will support the learning of easily over 1,000 learners who have been identified as having a disability that negatively impacts their ability to access the general curriculum.
