My students loves to read but being only in 1st grade they need lots of help still. Since there is only one of me I use the listening center everyday. These students don't have the best home life and really look forward to listening to the books everyday during centers. With a classroom budget of $100 for the whole year, I could only buy copy paper, pencils, and crayons for the students. I know we would use this everyday and my classes would enjoy this for years to come.
