Speech students have a variety of difficulties with spoken language and communication, and having visual cues will help facilitate communication for them. In order to stay current with modern speech and special education practices, my students need to have access to access to the right technology that will best support their speech and special education learning needs. iPads are essential for helping my students to learn and develop because they help to provide a bridge between visual content and speaking. There is also a large assortment of speech and special education applications that are available for iPad usage by students.

About my class
