My scholars are incredible but, as our school is not 1:1 with technology, they often are not able to partake in activities that could set them up to be successful scholars in the twenty first century. Students would use these Kindles to take Accelerated Reader tests, play educational games, and go on virtual field trips. Did you know that Google has created virtual and augmented reality field trips that can help students explore worlds far away from Greenville, NC? All they need is a tablet and a teacher who wants to take them on an adventure right from their very classroom! Please consider helping me fund this project for my classroom!
