Half the battle for a creative writer is organization. I'd like to teach my students about the writing process and give their homeroom teachers a tool that will motivate students to write more while staying organized. These materials will be handed out to the first 180 students who sign up for this years' FREE Young Authors Conference at Grand Mound Elementary school in a writer's workshop. During the workshop students will learn about the writing process, start a Young Authors Book, and share their writing with their peers on a volunteer basis. Thank you for helping me make this years' Young Authors Conference the best one yet for our primary and elementary students at Rochester School District.

About my class
