We are requesting 12 iPads for a wonderful, hands on experience with coding and programming robots collaboratively with their peers Our school recently purchased 12 Dash robots to use in Computer Science class. The students are very eager to begin programming and working with these robots. Currently, we do not have any tablets they can use to run the Wonder app. Once we are able to obtain 12 iPads (new or used) our students will be able to work in groups collaboratively to program our robots. At the end of the school year, our students will be able to recognize that computers model intelligent behavior and implement problem solving strategies to find solutions using a block-based visual programming language (coding).
