Each item is important to our class due to the diverse range of needs and how children learn. We need to make sure we can help each and everyone express and learn in their own unique way. The light table is very popular in a classroom as well as being a fabulous learning tool that provides and enhances sensory play opportunities, giving an endless range of experiences leading to development in all areas of learning. The soft glow help friends who normally struggle to keep on task, stay on task for that bit longer. Timers Help with our students who need a visual to help them with transitions as well as giving an understanding of time as telling a pre k student 5 minutes with no visual means nothing to them.
