These items will help all of my students to complete my assignments successfully, or to engage in a sensory activity if they are not able to participate due to physical or intellectual limitations. There is a huge range of abilities in my classroom, and I want to create an environment that allows every student to engage. Having access to modified supplies, like special grips for drawing or a light cube for tracing, would allow most students to participate every day on some level. My students who cannot draw or paint even with an aide will benefit from items the magnetic doodle board and the bingo markers. And unfortunately, even the general education students who are able to fully participate lack good supplies in my room, and just having a surplus of pencils and an electric pencil sharpener will make a world of difference. I do not currently have a whiteboard in the room, let alone a smartboard, and being able to write daily objectives and reminders will benefit all students.
