My students are often struggling readers who benefit greatly from audio books. I hope to have headphones for each student to use during reading time, so that they can hear and develop fluency in their reading skills. This is also a fantastic tool to use to engage young readers who find it difficult to get into reading. My students love being read aloud to, and this would help to engage all readers in their own reading genres and develop life-long reading abilities. Additionally, my students would benefit greatly from the use of Time For Kids as an element of our nonfiction lessons. These are current articles that have relevant content for today's students, and are provided in a highly engaging format for students. Understanding nonfiction is a difficult skill for many of my students, and this product would help tremendously with getting in their zones of interest. Thank you so much!
