As the year continues, students are growing as readers. We have a wonderful school library and my classroom library features many chapter books. Students have been excited about these books, however many of the books are above the reading level of my students. In order to grow as readers, my students need more books that match their reading levels! I hope to continue to support their progress in reading by adding more books to our classroom library. We have plenty of chapter books that are in the upper reading levels (O-Z) but are missing books that are in the A-N range. Books at their level will help my students feel more confident as readers and support their vocabulary growth as well as reading comprehension!
