Students will use the ropes to learn new skills such as the basic jump over a rope to putting together a routine incorporating various rope skills. Students will also be able to use the ropes in the small, confined spaces they are currently working when they can't go outside or don't have access to a large yard or space to do many other physical activities. Because of the small spaces many of my students are living in, a jump rope would be a great addition to their fitness equipment tool bag and help them in staying active during these times.
