The majority of my classroom, and school for that matter, are English Language Learners. They come to school with a multitude of needs, but are hard workers and are eager to learn. I use a lot of positive reinforcement in my classroom to help motivate students to continue working towards their goals. The team of teachers at each grade level collaborate to create the best learning environment for all students, sharing knowledge and experience that spans decades. This not only benefits the teacher by sharing perspective, but also benefits the students.

About my class
