My classroom is 1-to-1 with Chromebooks. Allowing each student to have a pair of headphones would allow me to incorporate more learning opportunities for each student. Some lessons may require them to watch a video and create Art on their chromebooks while creating presentations about their Art work. Headphones would lessen distractions from other tutorial videos and help keep students more on task. We are a diverse school with many English Language Learners. Some students can use programs to help them learn the English language. The possibilities would be endless if each student had a set of headphones. If each student has a set of headphones that they can use with their Chromebook, it would allow me to set up numerous lessons and learning centers to meet their individual learning needs.
