Children learn though various ways. As they grow we have to reach them on various levels whether through touch, listening or visuals aids. We use a lot of singing, drawings, pictures and written work in our daily lessons. The television will allow us to function and have the ability to project video with song to help aid with dance and movement. It can also have dual usage as a projector to hook up the computer and view live pictures taken of students everyday lessons or other topics of study. We are currently on the topic of tree study. Before going on our tree hunt we viewed a video to increase knowledge of vocabulary and things that they would see along the walk. Unfortunately, we had to watch it through a small laptop. The children would really appreciate expanding their visual awareness with this request. Please help us get this started and become a part of the classroom culture.
