My students are a diverse group of learners that all benefit from seeing materials in a variety of ways. Having a document camera will allow me to teach math in the moment and let them see each step and follow along. Having a class document camera will give my students the chance to share their work and learn as a community instead of as individuals. It will give them the opportunity to explain their thought process and model their work in a way we are unable to do at the moment. My students are all enthusiastic learners and love talking about their work. Giving them a tool to help them learn how to model and explain their thinking will encourage them to do their best every time!
