The students in my classroom struggle with many things, including sensory and attention disorders. They require many different kinds of tools for them to be successful. One of the most powerful tools we can give students is choice. Flexible classrooms give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them. This helps them to work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking. By donating to this project, you are helping us create a classroom environment in which the students take ownership of their learning. They will learn to self-assess and be aware of their own bodies and needs which, in turn will allow them to be more successful. I know they have the potential to do great things! Thank you for contributing to their success!
