I teach a physical conditioning class that is sports-performance based, but the underlying goal is to influence my student-athletes to be dynamic leaders once they leave my classroom and NCHS. Your donations of medicine balls and foam box platforms will assist in challenging my students on a sports-performance and mental level! I am trying to create the most dynamic leaders possible! Any new and improved equipment can only assist in their maturation. I challenge my students in all areas of wellness with weight training, competitive team and individual activities, meditation, nutrition, cognition, and much more. To give my students a variety of challenges can only help with opening their minds and souls!
