During Math Workshop, I have my students split into different level groups in order to address all their needs. My students are geared with the challenging but reachable task of taking the Algebra I regents in 8th grade. They are motivated to achieve their fullest potential by working hard every day and challenging themselves to learn even more from each other. In our classroom, we encourage peer to peer learning as well as teacher models and feedback on the spot from other students. With the help of an Elmo, all of these goals will be easy to achieve as the Elmo will provide the necessary visual for teacher models and student sharing!
