My students come from homes where their funds are used for basic life items. Books are a luxury. I want to share with my students a print rich art room to not only learn about how artists create, but to give them the opportunity to hear, follow along and then read a book, on their own, about artists or how to create art books. To be able to provide books as a way to spark art ideas, I can easily travel with these books to each campus to start artworks or rotate this book library and supplies to each campus throughout the year in my 'art stations' areas. Books are so vital to learning. This art book set and supplies can be the impetus to a really great time in art with 'words' as our guide!

About my class
