My project will help my students broaden their understanding of the lessons. Every six weeks the students must present a project that describes what they have read and learned. We discuss topics like animals, events, fiction, informational texts, and much more. Each student must come up with a title for their project. They will write a short example or story and draw a picture. Students will be reading different genres as well. In small groups, the students will discuss what they have read and begun the writing process. The materials will be used to help the students complete their projects and display them in the classroom and the school.
