We are in a portable where the environment is primitive. I would like to create an environment that is more welcoming to my students. My students needs are very diverse and when they come to school, I want them to know we are a school family and they are important and welcome! I would love to provide alternate seating to support learners who need to move. It would be more comfortable and welcoming to sit on a carpet rather than the cold hard floor to learn and conduct morning meetings. I would like to create an environment where the temperature is comfortable and promotes learning and engagement.
