Teaching 6th-8th grade can be difficult due to a variety of reasons, but behavior is at the top. When students make learning difficult for others, teachers must step in to reward those students who are being respectful in actions, responsible with their work, and keeping their school safe to go to everyday. Rewarding well-behaved students with incentives helps those who aren't doing what they should be doing to change their behavior. By donating these supplies, students get excited about doing the right thing. As teachers, we reward students in and outside of our classrooms to show it is a school wide program and any student can be rewarded.

About my class
