These research based lessons and magnetic letter tiles will help my English Language Learners get hands on experience with decoding and building/writing words. For many of my students, the sounds and letters of English are different than the sounds and letters/characters of their home language. So, it is important for them to get hands on experience manipulating our alphabet. The phonics lessons will help them learn how to sound out and spell longer words. The vocabulary lessons will help them learn the meanings of the words they are learning to sound out and write.
