By donating to this project students will be learning and growing in many ways. The most obvious is physically, but next exercise also helps you mentally. Using a jump rope and playing on a team at recess it not something all students in my town have available to them after school. Many students do not have jump ropes or basketballs at home to play with. Others do not have a team to learn sportsmanship. These are important skills to learn. Our PE teacher will use these items in his gym and our classroom teachers will select items for each class to take outside during their recess time.
