Flexible seating gives students the ability to have some control over their learning experience. I have seen a profound change in the students who have moved themselves to the few flexible options I have currently. It has worked so well that other students in the room ask to move to such seats as well, but with the limited resources I currently have I cannot make this change possible for my students on my own. Students who have been allowed to make a choice for their individual learning have shown an increased eagerness to actively participate in class. I have worked with what I have, but would love to be able to offer my students a wider variety and availability of ways to show that I support their learning in various ways.

About my class
