Flexible seating promotes maximum engagement for all students in reading and writing, and provides a comfortable atmosphere to foster rich classroom discussion. An ambient environment ensures that students feel welcomed and increases active participation from even the most reluctant readers and writers. The wobble stools will allow my wigglers and more active students to move without becoming a distraction for their peers. Lap desks and floor chairs offer options outside of a traditional upright school desk. These allow for smooth and seamless transitions when changing the classroom layout for fishbowl discussions and Socratic seminars. Thanks for helping this project become reality for my writers.
