My students have been more flexible and understanding this year than they have ever had to be. Things are different and they are taking in all of the changes. With health and safety at the forefront of everyone's minds right now, staying socially distanced remains important in and out of the classroom. More than ever, students need their own personal learning space. Bouncy bands are a wonderful addition to a desk that provide a student with a place to rest his/her feet and to release energy and tension. They are the silent champions of the "classroom desk." We currently have two that we share and the students are always asking when it will be their turn to have a bouncy band. If we could have a set for the whole class, it would provide such a great tool to help ALL of my students focus and learn to their best potential.
