We hope to use these items to design, connect, and code creative projects in our MakerSpace! The MakerSpace is a place where students can create and explore technology. These items will help us build a better understanding of circuitry and the programming behind the circuitry. For example, Squishy Circuits uses circuit-building materials to teach simple concepts of electricity. A 4-AA battery pack delivers electricity through the conductive dough and powers the LEDs, buzzers, or motors. There is also an App to guide the learning. The Arduino learning kit with detailed tutorial(PDFs), the tutorial contains complete circuit diagrams and assembly steps, according to our tutorial, you will be able to easily build your own bluetooth smart robot car. The Adafruit Educator's pack utilizes Microsoft Make Code block-based or JavaScript programming . Using the same board students can then try Circuit Python, with the Python interpreter running right on the Express. As they progress, they can advance to using Arduino IDE , which has full support of all the hardware down to the low level, so you can make powerful projects. The student can program the same board in 3 different ways - the Express has great value and re-usability. Please help the students gain some fun tools to learn more about circuitry, coding, computational thinking, and design!
