Please help give my students a safe place to feel their emotions. By having different ways of coping with emotions will help teach students that they can manage their emotions anywhere. Many students have felt overwhelmed this past couple of years, and they need a safe place to learn how to reintegrate back into school even when they are feeling overwhelmed and confused. Students need to feel safe to have emotions, and then be able to work through them and continue about their day without emotions ruining the entire day.

About my class
