Students entering AP Psychology will be required to complete a summer assignment than includes the reading of this text. They will prepare to apply some of the strategies to their study habits and methods of learning. Make it Stick discusses recent research in Cognitive Psychology to change the way we think about learning and the best ways to learn. This will complement our unit on Cognitive psychology by addressing how we learn, think, and remember. These books will give my students real world application for them to apply these strategies to their own learning and life through scientifically researched methods using Cognitive Psychology.
