The items requested will allow all of my students to explore and develop language skills. As four-year-olds my students are just learning to communicate with others effectively. The sand and water table will allow them to feel, explore, and discuss the sensations they are experiencing. By allowing two to three students to explore at the same time, they can learn to use descriptive words to express what they are touching. Additional letter and word manipulatives help students learn letters and letter sounds needed for language and literacy development. If you fund my project, you will be helping future leaders to become effective communicators in our communities.
