In the Intro to Culinary Arts course, I teach a wide range of ages and cooking abilities. Some students are interested in pursuing careers as chefs or other jobs in the culinary world (dietician, restaurant kitchen management, and more) while other students want to develop life skills! The stand mixers will be used for teaching students how to incorporate ingredients for baking, meal preparation, and more. Donors to this program can rest assured their donation will be used to benefit students as they explore areas of interest as well as learn and sharpen the skills they need to become successful adults. My students and I appreciate your consideration of our project. =)
