I would love to provide opportunities for my kids to use technology in the classroom to help bridge the gap between Spanish and English. Many of my students are smart and willing to learn, but they need a little extra support. We will use the iPad to bring learning alive. We will use virtual maps and cards to help kids with vocabulary. This will allow my students to see what the word actually is. It will allow them to have visuals at their fingertips. This will help my students in reading and writing! They will be able to scan a card with the iPad and see the picture right in front of them.
