For some students, it can be hard to be in a classroom with nearly 30 other students. Even at the classroom's quietest moments, the slightest sounds can cause a distraction for my students and make them feel anxious, distracted, or even attacked. These headphones are a simple, low-tech solution that helps students be successful in a general education classroom setting. With these headphones, when the classroom gets overwhelming, or even when it's particularly quiet, these headphones give some students a sense of comfort that allows them to soldier on within the classroom. The usefulness of these headphones cannot be overstated for the students that need them.
