These books will provide my students with a variety of books that are on their level and their interest level. Because they will have easy access to them, hopefully they will expand their knowledge and enjoyment of literature and improve reading skills. WE have no library in our middle school, and adding to the classroom library will give greater choice of books. With this good selection of books, we will not have to go off-campus to the high school library where the selection of middle school level books is lacking. Also, I think that having a class set of "new" books might peak their interest in reading.
