In 2016, National Geographic surveyed young people across college campuses to learn what they knew about world geography. Only 55% of the students surveyed passed the survey and only 7 scored above an A on the test. It falls to geography teachers like myself to try and close that gap on educate our students on the world around them. Finding new ways to educate and teach students about the world, giving them a chance to get a hands on way to discover other cultures. By providing these 3D puzzles to these students it will give them a way to learn about the major cultures of the world, but also giving them to break away from the normal routine of listening to lectures and taking tests!
