Every student has a better learning experience with technology. Quite often, disabled students do not receive the technology in the classroom their non-disabled peers are able to enjoy. My students learn best when they can be more hands on in their learning, when they can experience something with the learning. Technology will enable my students to access materials to help bridge the learning gap. My students participate in the general education curriculum but are lacking some important basic skills. These skills can be gained from online activities. There are a multitude of online learning experiences that can help students bridge the gap in their learning. Technology is needed to begin the process. Technology can keep the process going.
