My students work in a kitchen on a daily basis. Sometimes we work with recipes, and we are required to do conversions and portions. My students will use the Surface Pro to do calculations in the kitchen as well as take notes with the Surface Pro and Surface Pen. Students will be able to record ingredients they use and digitally share their recipes with the teacher. Students will also use the Surface Pro to find recipes and ideas to create dishes in the kitchen. Many educational institutions and private companies are embracing the technology age within their everyday practices, and I want to give my students the opportunity to experience this technology in our kitchen.
